Seeds of Gold for health means sowing the seeds for better physical, emotional, mental and social health.

Much of personal health depends on knowledge and attitudes and opportunities.

We link to many health information sources, conventional, traditional and alternatives. These references and data sources are independent efforts that are contributing to a global patrimonium of knowledge about ourselves and our interactions from very detailed conventional knowledge to natural preventative and curative approaches to detailed and  integrative alternative methods working across the various dimensions of our existence (physical, energetic, emotional, mental, spiritual and social).

Our primary effort is directed to empowering people to take responsibility for their own health, by exposing them to opportunities to experience their own powers.

We then work on increasing their knowledge and awareness of the energetic and spiritual aspects of their lives by teaching universally applicable energetic healing methods – principally MCKS Pranic Healing, especially selected yoga practices and organizing support groups to facilitate practice. Energetic practices, apart from healing, also include stress reducing and awareness raising techniques and practices like meditation, yoga, self-growth, breathing, and also applications to business, learning, agriculture, cooking, and more).
